Inconsistency from app to computer

    I have came across people that have filled out my form that will show up on my phone app but not my computer

    To clarify: people submit your form and you are able to see the submission on your mobile app but not while logged into your account via the web browser on your computer. Is that correct?

    If yes, please let us know which form you are referring to and how many submissions of that form are missing while checking via your computer.

    Could you check the following steps:

    1. sync the app
    2. clear your browser cache/cookies on your web browser, log into your account and then check
