My clients cant't fill my Jotform

    Hello,
    My form can't be opened by my clients. Sometime it can open but sometime it can't. Can you help me about this problem or clue what's the problem?

    Hi there,
    Please make sure to set the access to Public. If the form is Private, only those who have a Jotform account will be able to fill the form. Just go to Publish-> Quick share-> Gear icon-> Set to Public form.
