My form has reached its submission storage limit- what does this mean?

Responses have suddenly been going to my spam folder instead of the main inbox- is this due to the storage limit being reached?

    Thank you,

    Tori

    Hi Tori,

I checked that currently your account is overlimit for the total number of submissions. Free accounts are allowed to store up to 500 submissions.

1614330632 6038bb0827d6a Screenshot 10To free up space, you will have to delete submissions.

Also, submissions should be purged from Trash.

To free up space limit, you need to purge the Trashed entries as well.

In the trash section, check the Select All option. Click the Delete Forever button, and confirm the deletion in the popup window. Then you’re done!

Please note that purged submission data can't be restored. So please, I advise to create a backup of your submission data, if needed.

Does this cause the emails to go to spam? Or does it simply remove the
oldest submissions as new ones come in?

Hello Tori! This should not cause JotForm emails to land in SPAM folders of the Email Inbox. On JotForm, this removes the old submissions to make way for new submissions.

Please try marking JotForm emails "Not Spam" in your Email Inbox. You can also whitelist JotForm's IP addresses if this doesn't solve your problem.

    Thank you!
