My form gets "assigned" to me, I find it in my email, but then I have no way to return the form to sender (me)

Hi Lauren! Forms when assigned require users to create a JotForm account; After they create a JotForm account; they can submit the form; provided they've created their JotForm account using the same email address.
Also, there is an email verification link sent to their email address; they need to click and confirm their email address as well.
If this is not working this way for you; then please explain the scenario in detail; we'll look into it.
