My account is suspended for some reason

I just tried to login to get access to my form to see about integrating it into the business website before it goes live, and I was notified that my account is suspended for phishing activity. After looking into it, I saw where collection of SSN's isn't allowed. So my question is how can I accept a loan application without it? I'm starting a sub-prime credit lender company similar to Self and Kikoff. Do I need to use a different form carrier? I chose you because encryption was available on the free plan just due to the sensitive nature of the data. That's quite literally the only reason I chose you. What do you suggest I can do to move forward? I'm currently a little upset I'm locked out on one of the few nights that I have a chance to actually get some work done on the site and the form.
