I have tried several times during day and evening hours thinking maybe the server was overloaded... My Inbox for this form just spins with the half opened blue envelop stuck on the screen...

Hi there,
You've encryption enabled in your form. I've opened the inbox and it got opened instantly. Then the pop-up to upload the private key appears.
Can you please try a different browser? It might be a cache issue.
