I'd like to be able to show multiple section collapse based on multiple choice answers.

IF Creation and Changes are selected than hide Deletion

IF Creation and Deletion are selected than hid Changes, etc.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

As we checked your form, you have already created the Conditions. However, it's not possible to allow conditions to take place within the same field.

If you can divide the multiple choices per Creation, Changes, and Deletion, you'll be able to hide the fields as you asked in your question.

In order to explain you better, I've cloned your form and worked on it. Please take a look at the instructions below.

    1. I've separated the multiple-choice options into 3 and added the names in the title to make it easier to follow. 1614339444 6038dd74de9cc Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 10
    2. I created a new Conditional Logic for Show/Hide Field and I added a second IF value so that the condition can apply for both. Please pay attention to select ALL for matching the rules.

You may apply the same condition for Creation and Deletion by following these steps.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

So there also needs the following:

When the form first open, I'd like the collapse sections to be hidden until they select

If they choose only one then I need the one section to show up

Sorry that isn't what I was looking for.

I am wanting to have happen:

    1. when the form is opened the collapse sections do not show
    2. when either of the multiple choice options are selected:
    3. if only one is selected that specific one shows
    4. if two are selected then both show
    5. if all three are selected, then all three show
