Still same issue

    Hi there I receive the response below to my query and it has not been helpful. ALL submissions are coming back with the same wrong dates on.

Form they get back has one correct date in the first dates table and then 4 wrong dates automatically showing when they receive a copy of the form. This is causing a lot of issues for our company please look again. I have not edited anything. It is on all submissions since I sent my query yesterday

    I have checked your submissions, and only one schedule input is filled there. Can you please let us know have you modified the submission in any way?

    I've checked the cloned version of your form and replicated your issue: autoresponder email should send empty values for the appointment fields that the user does not select.

    Could you please kindly remove the existing autoresponder email and create a new, updated one, as shown below:
