Integration with ZOOM - cannot see the registrants in ZOOM

    Hi I am testing jotforms with an integration to ZOOM.

    I have set up a form, integrated my ZOOM account and tried a test. i.e. https://form.jotform.com/210556132571348

    The data is not coming through from my form to ZOOM and yet I can see the notification in jotform that the form was sent to ZOOM. i.e. https://eu.jotform.com/inbox/210556132571348


    Please can you check what I have done wrong.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please note that to add a registrant to an upcoming meeting, you need a paid Zoom plan. You must also enable registration for the meeting in your Zoom account.

    Do you have a paid Zoom plan? Have you made sure external registration is enabled on that meeting, please?

    Thankyou for your response.
    Yes I use a paid account on ZOOM. I have a business plan/
    Registration for the scheduled meeting is enabled.
    I do not understand what you are referring to as "external registration"
    that needs to be enabled.
    Please explain what you mean by external registration.

    Hello Robert! kindly note that the webinar that has been selected in Zoom integration has the registration enabled (you've already confirmed that it is enabled).

    You also need to make sure that all Zoom fields are mapped with the corresponding JotForm fields (as indicated in the screenshot below).

    After making these changes; please test the integration by making a test submission on your form. In case you still face issues, then remove the integration by clicking the 'REMOVE INTEGRATION' button once and then add it back. This will reset the cache.
