Fill forms without JotForm account

How can I send out a voting form that members can complete without signing up to jotform?

You need to share a direct link to your form, and users won't be asked to create a JotForm account. If you wish to share the form using an email, you need to open the Email option from the Publish tab:

If you are using Invite By Email option from the Quick Share, you will assign a form to them, and they will need to create a JotForm account.
