This is a great tool but I have found when I add the set-up fee plus regular payment option I get an error. If I do not set that up and only have the monthly subscription fee there is no error. Thanks.

Hi, would you please tell the specific error you encountered when you tried to add the 'first payment' for the subscription? Did you got any errors from the wizard? or error when the form was submitted?

On the other hand we have made a fix that regards to errors. Please try it again and report back if the problem still persist. So that we can further investigate the problem.

    Thank you for your cooperation,
    Kenneth

    Good day.

It seems that the fix you made works. Thanks!

One other question. Do you have the ability to use the coupon code functionality in your integration? I know Stripe offers it but was not clear if it as part of the integration.

    Thank you!

It is not part of the integration yet. However you can use the coupon codes provided by JotForm.
And for that kind of matter if you wanted the Coupons of Stripe to be implemented. Please create a separate thread for us to easily tackle a single topic.

I'm closing now this ticket, since you confirmed that it was already working.

    Thank you,
    Kenneth
