first I want to congratulate you to the great service available.
However, I note some doubt to shown the information as portuguese language.To be more especific, in the Jotform builder, all information is showing as portuguese but, when I publish in my site, it is shown as english.
You can note this problem in the following url as below:
Please advise me how to adequate the information to my customer group (as portuguese language).

It's happenning the same in my website. Strange, it was working perfect.

I realized that captcha field too. It's showing, even if you translate, "type the above text".

The months in the drop down menu as shown in your screenshot can only be changed outside of JotForm. It is quite a long process but it basically involves getting the full source code, pasting it into an HTML text editor, then manually changing the months from English to your preferred language (in your case, Portuguese).

I thank the staff for their help in resolving this matter. I used an editor to translate the data and the form worked perfectly.
