Forms are showing 0 submissions

Hi! I would be grateful if you could help me. All my 2019 and some 2020 forms are showing zero submissions, but I know they used to have some because I had been able to view and download them a while ago. I am needing to access information for two specifically (I changed computers and lost the files I had downloaded) but now they are showing as if there were no answers, and I am not getting anything in the trash either.

What can I do? Why is this error? Thanks!

As per checking, the forms have no submissions. Have you perhaps deleted the submissions? When was the last time you have exported the submission data?

Could you please check your email inbox if you were able to receive the email notification about the form submissions?
