Why I am not receiving submission emails?

    Hello 2359962308,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you and thank you for contacting JotForm support.

    Upon checking your form I found that the submission email is currently being delivered to "2359962308@qq.com"

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the submission emails are being sent successfully to this email address. Please check the logs here:

    Upon taking a closer look at your from's notification alert, I found that you have not yet selected any "Sender Name":

    Please be informed that if you leave the "Sender Name" with "Please Select" as a value, e-mail servers will likely reject messages coming from our servers as SPAM. This will cause the recipient's address to end up in our bounce list.

    Please add a "Sender Name" and then test your form again and see if that helps you. Please check the spam folder of your email client.

    If you do not see emails in spam folder of your email client, you may also like to login to your webmail account and check if the spam or other emails are getting filtered there. Please check spam and other folders of your webmail account.
