Why was my account de-activated?

    Kindly let us know why our account was de-activated. We need to activate it asap as we have events coming up soon which we need registration forms for.

    Apologies for this inconvenience. This form on your account: Pay U NextGen Wisdom Summit is being flagged as a phishing form. It's a false-positive so I reactivated the account.

    Also, I can see that the PayU integration isn't properly configured:

    Please add the highlighted information for the integration to work as intended.

    In light of the trailing conversation why is our account disabled again? Kindly re-activate it immediately.

    I have whitelisted the previous forms but I can see you created a clone of it (which is not whitelisted) - it then triggered the phishing detector tool again suspended the account for the second time.

    I have whitelisted the form. You should be able to log in again.

    To avoid this from happening again, please send us the field/s or the questions which is causing suspicion, and leading you to block the account.

    Since your account is already active now, I am not sure which form caused your account suspension.

    Do get back to us if the issue happens again, and we will check the issue.
