How can I download the Original PDFs in one zip file directly - without going through EMail?

I get how to request a download of the PDFs that goes through email, what I'm looking for is a way to do it as a direct download (not through email).

Unfortunately, there is no other way to download the PDFs in bulk other than sending the link to an email.

Once you download it all, a link to a downloadable zip file will always be provided via email.

I am sending this as a feature request to our developers and see if this method can be implemented. Though I cannot provide an ETA for this, we will let you know here once this gets implemented in the future.

I was afraid of that. We went and downloaded them directly to the network one at a time, at about a rate of 400/hr. We put 3 people on it, so it still saved us some time. Really not ideal.

The problem with the email route is that it takes about 2hrs just to get the email. The last email I had with the whole list, had a link that wouldn't work. So, 2 hours wasted. When we do them 10 at a time through the submissions tab, it works but is painfully slow.

We've got the PDFs we need for this clinic, but would really appreciate it if we could have something more usable for the next one.

    Thanks for the Reply.

    Hi,

A feature has already been escalated about direct download instead of sending via email for exported PDFs. Once this is considered in future updates, we'll inform you here.

    Thanks
