Thank you for responding to my previous post but I have a few follow up questions:

Note: I created my Jotform (Exam Instruction Form) with private status.

    1. If I change the status of the Jotform to public, does this mean that anyone (general public) can access the form?
    2. If I change the status of the Jotform to public, does this mean that the information provided by assigned and/or invited form respondents will also be made public?
    3. If I purchase / pay for a Jotform upgrade and get a subscription, the form must also be public for invitees or assigned invitees to access the form without creating an account?

If the form is public, anyone with the form link can access the form.

No, the information sent by the user will not be public. It is just the link of the form that is public.

The form link, when it is configured as public.it is not required to signup for an account. This applies to the account even if it is a paid one.

You may password protect your form if you do not want the public link to be accessed by anyone having the link.

    Thanks.
