Hi
I have a staff member in Bulgaria, everytime he tries to login he is asked ro google confirmation.
i am aware its because we login through Google.. can i change my login details so we can better use your software?

It is possible to do so for sure. From what you're saying I'm guessing that you'll use the same email address.
You can use the password reset procedure to keep the same email and create a password for your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password
