Good Morning,
First...Let me thank you for your product...Love it!
I have created a new form to which I set conditions to skip/hide a page based on an answer. The page gets skipped/hidden as expected during filling out the form. When I preview the PDF upon submission, it shows the skipped/hidden page which I do not want. How do I prevent a skipped/hidden page from printing on the PDF?
I created a test form to show you. Can you help?

Hi,
thank you for reaching out. Glad to hear that you like JotForm.
You can do this by going into the PDF Editor, opening the Designer on the right and checking the "Hide Empty Form Fields" box.
Please give it a go and let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response, but I still need help. I am not able to figure out how to navigate to the layout settings to check that box.
Help :)

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that the option my colleague has pointed is not available for the Original PDF document on the PDF Editor page.
How would you like to consider creating a customized PDF document for your form?
