I cannot access my account

    I cannot access my jotform account from the computer. Everytime I try to signin (using google), it loads and then goes back to the signin form. It never actually signs in. Also, my link is not working. Everytime someone clicks on my link to fill out my form, it gives them an error that says "Form not Found. Form is disabled". How do I fix this if I cannot log into my account?

    Looks like your account is suspended, which is why you are unable to log in. Please allow us some time to review it, and as soon as we have more information, we will let you know.

    We have reviewed your account, and we unsuspended it. It is now fully active, and you won't have any problems accessing it. 

    Some of our users try to use Jotform services for spamming and phishing others. That's why we needed to create a strict algorithm to prevent them and suspend their accounts. 

    Unfortunately, it can sometimes make a mistake, what happened to your account.
