Clicking the File Picker doesn't do anything

Asked by tresextio on November 18, 2013 at 10:16 PM

I have created form that is submitted succesfully, but the file picker field is not working. It shows up, but clicking on the blue button "Pick File" doesn't do anything. I assume a pane should show up so I could choose files from my computer.

    Hi there,

I checked your filepicker field here but it's not yet fully integrated. You missed to add the API Key in order for the filepicker to work.

You can get this API Key when you login to your Filepicker account. https://www.inkfilepicker.com/

If you have further questions about this, let us know here. Thanks!

    Sorry for a little delay.

You are right with that since Ink-Filepicker (formerly known as Filepicker.io) is a 3rd party app integrated to Jotform so therefore you have to register to inkfilepicker site to get your API Key. Filepicker.io + JotForm: Let Your Users Upload Files From the Cloud

Yes, Jotform has built in file upload tool. It's under Form Tools.
