    Hi,

We have a WP community learning site using the BuddyBoss theme. Coaching is a part of this. To support coaching we want to have three key types of functionality:

    1. Session Scheduling - Sessions need to be linked to session notes and a calendar or scheduling app.
    2. Coaching session notes - The coach and client need to be able to create, edit, view, search and delete coaching session notes.
    3. Goals and Action Planning - The coach and client need to be able to add, edit, delete, revise, postpone, and track coaching goals and associated action items.
    4. Reporting: The ability to submit reports and updates (form-based).

    Questions:

    1. How do we seamlessly integrate access to filtered views based on role from the site?
    2. How do we integrate navigation and visual branding so it looks like a part of the site?
    3. Can we change font and layout styles?
    4. Are the tables mobile responsive?

How do we seamlessly integrate access to filtered views based on role from the site? — I'm not sure I have understood your question here. Would you mind clarifying?

How do we integrate navigation and visual branding so it looks like a part of the site? — You can embed the form into your site and you will need to be on a paid plan to remove the branding.

Here's how to embed your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-embedding-a-form-to-a-web-page

Can we change font and layout styles? — Yes, it's possible and if you are using a classic layout, you may also change the custom style with CSS.

Are the tables mobile responsive? — Jotform is optimized by default for mobile browsers view. If it's not responsive, let us know the form and we'll check.

    Hi Jed,

Our site has member, coach, facilitator, and admin roles. These equate to different levels of access. Our members are also in groups or cohorts. We would want members, coaches, and facilitators to be able to each access different forms and filtered views based on their role.

    For example:

    • Coaches can see the notes, meetings, and goals for the members they coach.
    • The coachee can only see the coaching notes from their sessions.
    • A Cohort Facilitator can only see overall activity and progress for people in their cohort.

How do I pass these credentials and access information to the jotform pages?

Jotform doesn't have these roles permissions in Free, Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can only either view/edit or have a read-only access to the submissions you share.

You might want to check our Enterprise account as it has more control over the user management roles https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/multiple-users/.

If you are interested, you may contact our sales team for Enterprise demo by filling up this form https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/contact-sales/.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
