    I've created a volunteer form using one of your nifty templates. However, when I test it, I can't see what I've typed in the boxes. And one of my contacts has the same problem. I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see.

    Is there something I can do to make form entries visible? I don't want to make the form widely available to potential volunteers until I'm sure they can use it with more ease.

    Thanks for any help you can offer,

    Amy Stoller

    Hi Amy, thank you for contacting support.

    Please try adding this custom CSS code:

    GUIDE:how-to-inject-custom-css-codes

    .form-textbox, .form-textarea {
      color: black;
    }

    Here's a sample output:

    Please give it a try and let us know if this worked for you.

    It worked! Thank you so much. I’ve tried designing forms in several other applications, and Jotform is much easier (and handsomer). I’m very pleased with it so far, and I appreciate the swift customer service.
