Discrepency between the PDF and what we set in our profile

    We created an online credit application and published it for our customers to complete online. The Agreement and Terms we set are correct, however, we just received our first application and the terms are different on the PDF than what we set in our profile. I've attached the customer credit application with the incorrect information under the 'TEXAS COMMERCIAL TIRE AGREEMENT AND TERMS'. Can you please help us figure out what's happening?
