Dropdown menu doesn't appear in published version

    Hello,


    The dropdown menu doesn't appear in the published of the form. Could you provide suggestions? In the second form, the calendar nor the dropdown menus appear. Suggestions as well?

    Hi there,

    I did check both of your forms, and you currently have a dropdown field that is set in the builder. The reason why it is not showing the form has broken conditions.

    Kindly fix the conditions and make sure there aren't any missing fields, so it will be triggered properly.
