PDF form attachments not included on e-mails

    We have several conditional e-mail recipients setup and it no longer attaches the PDF if it changes the recipient. If it goes to the default e-mail setup under the e-mail notification section it attaches the PDF. But if a condition is met and the recipient changes it will not attach the PDF. It sends the e-mail, but no PDF. How can we get that fixed?

    I cloned the your Customer Completion Form https://www.jotform.us/form/91754668118164

    I was not able to replicate the issue.

    I.e. I changed one of the conditional logic to send notification email to my email address.

    Submitted a test submission data, I received the email notification with the PDF attachment.

    For now I have cleared your form cache.

    Kindly inform us is the issue happens to all Foreman Name option?

    And could you please remove the conditional logic and add it again for the Foreman Name option that you suspect not receiving the PDF attachment, and let us know how it goes.
