Why am I not able to login to my account

    Hi Team,

    Hope you are doing well.

    I tried to login to my account, however, I am not able to do so. The form I have created can't be accessed as well. Can you please help me out?

    Hello Jayson,

    The form was tagged as a fake loan offer/scam. It seems our form reviewers cannot verify the legitimacy of the form for various reasons, i.e., you are using a free email address as the primary email address of the account and not the business email, and they cannot find your business name online.

    If you do not have a business email and are only affiliated with a financial institution, we need proof of affiliation. Please send an email to reviewers@jotform.com for the proof, and add ticket #2929619 in the subject line as your reference.
