Hi,
please give us permissions to check your google drive files, I already requested permissions using my personal email guiman.uy@gmail.com, after making some test with a cloned version of your form, google drive pdf files are ok, the dates fields appears to be ok from my side, could you describe better the dates issue in order to make further investigations.
Thanks

permsiion granted with this link
as you can see some of the dates are sorting 12/01/2013
and some 12-01-2013
this makes it impossible to sort by date in a column.
this has happened before and if i cancel the intergration and start again
it rights it self but then happens the next time
i am having to either keep re doing it or manually typing the dates in
Kind Regards

Hi,
my mistake, I think you were talking about the Google Drive integration but I can see the described issue using the GSpreadsheet Integration, after making some tests I think the best workaround in order to fix this is by setting to "Plain Text" the format of the spreadsheet columns containing the dates records, please follow the next steps:
1. Enter to the GSpreadsheet file
2. Select the dates columns
3. Click on "Format" icon from the toolbar and the "Number" sub-menu
4. Select "Plain Text"
From now on new submitted data will maintain the correct date format.
Hope it helps
please let us know if you need further assistance
Thanks
