We are creating a form that is open to the public via a dropbox link. The uploads will require that person sending the submission has filled out a form with name, email address, checkbox to agree to terms of service and authenticated digital signature. Does Jotform have all of these features and are they compliant with California privacy laws?

Yes, you can create your form and add any type of fields in there including name, email, T&C and signature.

As for California privacy laws, unfortunately, we do not have a certification that we do comply exactly with California laws. However, you may refer to our security page, and privacy policy which mostly covers the general widely accepted privacy standards.

If you want, you may also enable HIPAA Compliance in your account which has stricter security rules.
