Form taking too long

I have created a upload resume form - but when I try and use it on my wordpress site - it just sits there saying please wait.

I really need this working as soon as possible as I have job ads about to go live which are directed to this page.

As we check your web page, we notice that the form is embedded twice. When we tried sending a test submission to the forms on the web page, it worked fine on the first form and hanging at 'Please wait' on the second form.

The second form embedded on the page using JotForm embed plugin and seems to be causing conflicts with other scripts on the web page. You may consider removing the plugin from your WordPress.

Please check again and let us know if the iframe embedded form is not working after removing the form embed plugin and the second form on the web page. We will be happy to take a look again.
