Uploaded document missing in submission confirmation

    I submitted a form today and uploaded 5 required attachments. When I received the email confirmation containing the PDF link to my completed submission, only 4 attachments were visible. Will the form owner be able to see all 5 attachments or only 4?

    I can see that you have submitted a form that is created in JotForm. However, you can reach out to the form owner to verify if they have received all the attachments. Apologies, but we can't access the information on the user's form without their acknowledgment or authorization.

    Please try to reach them by responding to the email confirmation that you have received or through their website to confirm. Thank you.

    In this case and after checking the form, they should've received it.

    We have size limitation on the emails being sent out and it might also be that they forgot to add this field in the recap email being sent to you.

    However, when you upload a document, it is uploaded to our servers as well so they can see them through their "admin" interface if they want to see the submissions on our website directly.

    So if you have uploaded the documents, they have received it, no worries!
