Getting a message stating that I have exceeded my upload quota

    Hello, I am getting a message stating that I have exceeded my upload quota. I was told by another rep to delete any submission that I had to free up space and I did that but I'm still getting the error message. I also permentatly deleted the submissions once I moved them to the trash bin. Can you advise why I am still getting the error message. Thank you
