Embedded form looks different

I have designed my form and it looks very different in the design on your site than how it shows up on my website. For example, I uploaded my logo - and that doesn't show up on my website. Also, the colors are different.

Please advise.

I have checked the form on the provided page, and it looks identical to the one from your account. The problem is most likely in the browser's cache. Please try to remove cache and cookies from your browser and let us know if this resolved the problem.
