I Am Not Able to View Files After I Uploaded---Sends To a Whoops Page

    I have uploaded pdf files that I am unable to view after I save then go back to view the files. I have uploaded 5 files and only able to view 1. I have removed the files and even started a new application. I must ensure that the files are able to be viewed correctly upon submission. The files are less than the 5MB

    My File Privacy is disabled in my account. Please assist me because I have to meet a deadline. Thank you. When I sent a request in this morning and went back to view the saved file all of my content was missing by the files were still attached. Please make sure that the content is not removed. Thank you so much

    The privacy setting of the account where the form is located might have been turned on preventing you to view the uploaded files.

    We suggest it best to contact the form owner to provide you access to view your uploaded files - and that is by turning the Privacy Settings off from his account.
