Need to get access to our forms but key person disengaged

Our organization has JotForms set up and collecting data from a web based form. Our website is https://www.fabscom.org. It is sent to what was formerly a key person but that key person is no longer involved. The auto data drop to that former key person is irritating her and she has asked us to make it stop. Our person that set up the forms will not engage with us and will not give us the login to the JotForms. So we need your intervention. We need to switch where the data is sent and cannot do that because we cannot access the forms.

We need to resolve this as soon as possible. Do you have any suggestions how we can assume control of the JotForms that exist?

Would it be possible for that person to contact us (the one who handled the creation of the forms)?

She simply has to tell us that she wants to transfer all the forms to the account mikelove44 and we'll proceed immediately, so that way we could transfer the forms and all the data to your account directly where you'll have full control over it.

Many thanks for your response. That is the problem we cannot get in contact with the person. We could just rebuild the forms in the correct account and then change the link on the website and let the other account go dormant. Thanks for your help.
