Submissions aren't coming through, but PayPal is.

    My submissions aren't coming through, but I know people are filling out my form because I'm getting payments from paypal. Can you help?

    Can you check if the submissions are appearing within your pending payments within your form?


    If, can you please make sure that IPN is enabled within your PayPal settings?

    IPN is crucial for Jotform to mark your submissions as completed if there was really a payment made.

    Yes. I found them there thank you! Now the submissions that did come
    through, my PayPal is not reflecting their payment. But the ones that were
    in pending are in my PayPal. Why is that?

    Hi there,

    Do you mean that the pending payments are showing in your PayPal account as complete payments? Unfortunately, we can not check this within your PayPal account. If you can contact PayPal support then they will be able to clarify this by checking payments and their status in your account.
