How to make Payment Link customized and also remove the banner advertising on my paid account?

Ok, I just had a team member of mine just attempt to create a second payment link. When he was done creating the second payment link I immediately noticed that the advertising banner for your company shows up at the bottom of my payment link.

This is not good at all. I have written about this in the past. In fact…it’s terrible for me.

Also your site creates the impression to my employee…..that I have a free account when I clearly have a paid account and I’ve paid religiously, regularly, and predictably for over the last three years.

Can you please tell me how to remove the Jotform banner advertising at the bottom of a 100% of every single payment link pages that we create?

Also can you please share the instructions on how we can make a customized Payment link rather than just having a payment link that has your website followed by a bunch of random numbers as we would like to create a customize link with words in it.

These form a with the account: North_Cart_Solutions in which you are currently logged in. That account is a free account.

As my colleague replied in your other thread, your paid account is under the username: NorthLineProducts

The forms in that account do not have branding on them.
