    Hello Gary. Welcome to JotForm.

Yes our forms are highly responsive especially for mobile devices. We also do support inserting your own Custom CSS Codes to customize the form or add responsiveness as we also do support CSS rules that uses the "@" at-rules styling for mobile devices.

Please refer to this user guide on How To Add Custom CSS Codes in JotForm.

For attachments or any file can be uploaded on the form by adding an "Upload" field and drag it on the Form you are working on.

Here, you can set the File Extensions that will be allowed. You can also set, the Max File Size and Allow Multiple file uploads.

The File Extensions you see on the image above are automatically set and they are the default ones. Which are suitable for most CVs or resume files. You can remove or add other file formats as you wish.

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you

Great news! This feature is now available.

Files uploaded to your form can now be sent as attachment on email notifications. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback:

You can read more about it on our article blog here
