I cannot see and verify the Pdf's I am uploading to an application; I am recieving an error message when I attempt to see pdf

I am unable to verify my uploaded Pdf's once i upload them. I received an error message and to contact support.

Just to confirm, are you having issues with your saved session or on an already submitted data?

Hello! Usually, this happens if you're trying to access the uploaded file from the saved form or submitted form. In such cases, upload links may not work if the form owner has not allowed it.

But there could be issues with the file uploads as well. I'll suggest you to contact the form owner directly to confirm whether or not they can see your uploaded file. If they face issues while accessing the uploaded files; they should contact us so that we could check it at our end.

Also, if you're unsure if the files that you've uploaded, you can always remove the file and re-upload it if the form has not been submitted and is a saved form.
