I need to send some of the entries in the webform to the thank you page's URL. I am using a custom redirect. Is this possible?
The forms I am speaking of have a hidden field that is being used to identify which page the webform was filled out on. I'd like to have JUST that info appended to the 'thank you' page's URL.
Is this possible and if so how?

I think this may be possible but I'm not quite sure I understand which way you are trying to take this since I am slightly confused. Can you please tell us more about the thank you url that you are intending to have used? If I'm understanding you, you're using a Custom Redirect URL but is this going to redirect from a Thank You Page here on the Form's Set Thank You Page depending on how you configured it or do you already have it redirecting to a different thank you page of your own such as on an exhisting one that you have on a website of yours? Please correct me if I have mixed any of this up.

Heres whats happening..
Applicants land on this page where the jotform webform is. They will out the application form and get redirected to page 2, which is an Aweber web form.
Page 1 will look something like:
www.mydomain.com/page1/?s=CL-nyc (the ?s=cl-nyc is there so we can identify where the traffic is coming from)
So on the webform, I have it configured so it tracks which page the application form was filled out (since we have 4 variations for teting). What I am wanting to have happen is have that info passed along to the next page's URL
Page 2 (with Aweber web form)
www.mydomain.com/page2/?=page1_s=CL-nyc <<------ or whatever (formatting is probably incorrect)
But I need that info passed on to 'page 2's' URL so that when they opt in to Aweber, Aweber picks that up and we can see which page is getting the best responses.
Hope that makes sense

Yes that's possible.
I think this guide discussed similar to that.
An example would be:
Just replace referrer (color blue text above) with the field name from your first form which you'd like to be placed on the page1_s= as value. If you're not sure where to get field names, check this visual guide:Let us know if you require further assistance. Thank you!

I don't get it. Can you put the full code?

You are using Get Form Page URL on the first form. You can simply do this with conditional logic without using the Send Post.
Here are the actual conditions in the form:
You could just build the redirect URL in the conditional logic based on the Page URL where the form is submitted. Ex:
If the form is submitted here www.mydomain.com/page1/?s=CL-nyc
Redirect it here www.mydomain.com/page2/?s=CL-nyc
I hope this works for you. Let us know if you need further assistance regarding this matter.
