Cannot access account that was just reactivated recently from suspension

    I have reached out over 8 times in the past two days for assistance with this!! I know that we can’t use payment forms I realize that but I couldn’t even get the chance to fix it after one of the representatives told me that they reactivated my account.. which was false... I AM BEYONE UPSET I CANT ACCESS MY FORM I WORKED HARD On! The way too many people are going through this is upsetting .

    I have checked the account you are contacting us from (ieshia624) and it doesn't have any forms under it.

    But perhaps you are referring to another account. We will be glad to help you with your concern. May we just ask for the username of the account your forms are under? You may also tell us the email address linked to that account. Or, you can provide us the link to any form that is under that account.

    We will wait for your response.
