How can I see where people are dropping off on the survey?

Hi, I am hoping you can help with this. Most form/survey builders give you some data on where people are dropping off when filling out the form, so you can tell which questions should be altered/removed, etc.

I've looked through all the reports and such, and I see nothing that tells me this. Why not? Am I missing something?

As a marketing agency who runs $100,000+ in traffic through JotForms every month, it would be immensely helpful to have this type of information.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that submissions are captured only after the form is submitted.

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Form Analytics" feature which should help you see the list of users who viewed your form.

You may like to take a look at the following guide:  https://www.jotform.com/help/425-Understanding-Form-Analytics-and-Ways-on-How-to-Get-Your-User-s-Info

You may also like to add an analytics widget to help with the tracking: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/analytics

    Hope this helps.

Do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.
