When will stored files be removed?

I have Silver level subscription for JotForms.

When forms (that we’ve designed and published/emailed to customers) are submitted back to us, is there a deadline by which they may be deleted from the JotForm site after submission? I ask because I recently got an email from JotForms stating that PDFs will be deleted in 15 days.

When you wish to download all PDF documents at once, a ZIP file with all PDFs is created, and a link to download that file is sent to you. 15 days you have mentioned is referring specifically to that ZIP file. Other files won't be removed until you do so manually.
