    Trying to reset password but I keep getting the message,


    Reset code expired

    Password reset code has expired. Please issue a reset request again.

    As we check our records, we are not able to find any accounts registered using your email address. As we check the email history logs, it seems that a form has been assigned to you. Since the assigned form is a private form, it is required to register a JotForm account to submit the form. Please try registering a new JotForm account using the same email address so that you should be able to send a submission to the assigned form.

    I have tried creating an account and it tells me my email is already in use.
