Adding Form to Facebook Fan Page Tab

Asked by rnadasdy on November 19, 2013 at 12:56 PM

We are currently using a 3rd party called Heyo, with a JotForm on that particular tab, but we are very unhappy with Hey and want to delete it. I made a brand new version using Static html/iframe, and it says everything is ok, but it is not shoing up in our tab menu. And when I go to the "test" URL, it looks fine, but the JotForm is not shoing up.

When I test the macromonday.html file I created in a browser everything looks fine, including the JotForm.

    Any thoughts?

Belwo is the Facebook URL to see the homepage (the new tab I made called "Macro Monday" is not showing up, the existing "Macro Mondays" (with an "s", through Heyo is there though, and JotForm works, but only in Safari):

Here's your previous thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/293098. You can respond there or choose between these threads.

I was not able to see the Tab when viewing your Facebook Page so I think you should re-try the process. You can use another alternative such iFramehost: Static HTML Tab for Facebook Pages.

    Example: https://www.facebook.com/welvinrc/app_208195102528120

Please take note that you have to embed your form using the Secure URL feature: Setting Up a Secure or SSL Form. Using normal form URL would cause to a security error to the page, and no one would be able to see the form to the App Tab page.
