Downgrade Question

Hello. I recently downgraded my account and now it's saying that I am out of upload space. I deleted my extra forms (because I know I can only have five with the free plan). My question is: Will deleting those forms free up the space I need to continue receive submissions without the upgrade?

    I hope I was clear.

    Thank you!

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

As per checking, your uploaded files already reached 179.25 MB right now, which is beyond the subscription's upload space limit of 100MB only (for FREE accounts).

There are two ways on how to lift the over-limit status of the account. You may either upgrade to a paid plan with higher upload space allocation or delete the existing submission that has uploaded files in it.

If you choose the second option, you can free up your account's upload space utilization by manually deleting the submissions that have file attachments in them. However, be mindful that this process cannot be undone.

So, I strongly urge you to make a backup copy of your Submission Data just if you'd still need them in the future. There are plenty of ways to do that. Feel free to pick one that will work for you:
