Not able to publish the JotForm link on WhatsApp

Your response time is absurd to say the least.

When i am operationally stuck because of JotForm you say average response time is 7 ½ hours. Ridiculous.

I am not able to publish the jot form link on WhatsApp.

Are the users who can't load the form all at the same location?

It's highly likely your security settings. Please check your network security to see if it's not blocking Jotform. Check your Anti Virus as well. Check Extensions such as ad blockers.

To further troubleshoot and to confirm it is your computer, try checking the form on your mobile device that is connected using your mobile data. See if the form will work there.
