Hi, I'm currently using a free account, but a colleague in my organisation has created a paid account. Is it possible to migrate the jotforms in my account to the paid account? If so, is it possible to manage who has write access to which forms?
Kind regards,
Andrew

We can transfer the forms along with the submissions from your account to the other account. However, you'll be losing the ownership of the form completely. If you want to make any changes to the form, you may be able to change it if the other account user has provided you with the Form collaboration.
Please provide us with the other account username and the form ID so that we can transfer the form to it.
Thanks!

Hi Kiran, thanks for the quick reply. I can't contact my colleague with the paid account until Tuesday, so need to know exactly what is meant by "collaboration". What I require is:
- A subset of forms on the paid account that can only be edited by me, and not my colleague.
- The ability to have different users logged in simultaneously.
Please let me know if these are possible.
Kind regards,
Andrew

Greetings, Andrew!
Thank you for your reply.
Collaboration is about creating and editing your form with your colleagues:
Guide:👉Understanding form collaboration
If you don't want when the form could be edited by other users - you can share the table with the submissions data.
In privacy settings, you can choose whether they can edit the data or just read it only:
Other users can have FREE accounts to access your table. You can access the table simultaneously.
