Email field verification "email"?

    Hi,

I'm trying to use Jotform for an online petition system. Is it possible, after a form submission, to send an email field verification "email" to the user, in order to verify the email is real? Something similar we have when signing on a website for the first time.

I think this is a feature that is necessary for a petition form.

    Thanks,

    Philippe Lang

    Greetings Philippe,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Yes, that's quite possible. You can request users to verify their provided email address either before they will submit the petition or after they submit it. Please follow this guide below:

How to Verify an Email Address Before or After Form Submission

If you use the card layout form, the email field has a built-in feature to verify email addresses:

How to Require Users to Verify Their Email Address Prior to Submission

Please give it a try and let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi, thank you!
I have another question: is there a way I can incroporate a form in a website that has its own domain name? Or maybe I can directly configure a domaine name in a form?
