Appointment field: Allow booking only if the date is available in Google Calendar

    for the appointment field. Is it possible for it to integrate with my
    calendar, and then only allow a booking if that time slot is available in
    the calendar?

    Unfortunately, the appointment field will not consider the availability of date or timeslot in your Google Calendar. Whatever slots available in the said field will be accepted regardless if it's available on your calendar or not. You can only integrate Jotform to Google Calendar but not the other way around (Google Calendar to Jotform).

    I would suggest configuring the appointment field to match the available dates on your calendar.

    This is really crappy. I set this up for a client assuming the appointment scheduler would not book times when the client is not available on their Google Calendar. They run a fairly large organization so going into JF and manually blocking out time is totally impractical.
    What other solution do you have?

    Is this a feature that is being worked on? How do I request that?

    I have forwarded this as a feature request to our developers and see if syncing the Google Calendar and appointment field can be possible. This will prevent users to select the date that has been book already in the Google Calendar.

    Please note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added or will it be passed however, we will keep you posted on this ticket once this gets implemented in the future.
